Great turn out for this years Sports & Societies fair. Sign up sheets were filling up nicely for our free taster sessions to come up in the next week. Good to see all the other sports and societies there but what makes us different? Find out by coming to our training sessions next week. If you didn't get chance to catch up with us then not to fret, either contact a commitee member to tell us you want to attend or just turn up at our meeting times at the small hall before we take you down for the session.
FRESHER'S FAIR
5TH OCTOBER 2015
So our taster session gives us the chance to show you what we are all about as a Club. This will include getting in a boat and having a quick bash at the basics. We will show you upstairs in the boathouse where our land training takes place and we will teach you the proper technique on an ergo machine. You will get to see the weight section also! A quick tour of the entire boathouse will be given, where all the boats are kept etc. Our aim it to give you an idea of what you could be apart of, if you choose to join.
We would love to expand our rowing family!
